A community of practice as a lever to continuously mutualize knowledge and skills to improve and evolve, across Canada, the best collaborative practices focused on people.

How

  • With an empathetic attitude to better understand your needs, expectations, and challenges, in order to co-construct a customized community of practice.
  • By prioritizing together, based on the data collected, the topics, themes and formats to be prioritized for the community.

For whom

  • All organizations and individuals that are interested in the Living Lab approach and participatory and collaborative methodologies.

Why

To forge an additional link and increase connectivity and exchange between existing labs and those that have emerged over the past 10 years. CaNeoLabs wants to empower practitioners to:

  • Share challenges overcome and to come;
  • Compensate the limitations of some, with the strengths of others;
  • Encourage the implementation and scaling of innovative and structuring solutions;
  • Integrate the values of diversity, inclusion, and equity into the practice;
  • Encourage the adoption of means and strategies to increase your potential impact.
Jean-Francois in reflection on the community of practice

What is a community of practice?

It is a group of people with a concern or problems on the same subject or a common interest, who regularly exchange to learn from each other, share ideas and thus improve their expertise, find solutions, and co-construct new knowledge (Wenger et al., 2002).
